Bio: Tammy comes to Left Coast Logistics with 20 years experience in the Transportation Industry. In the last 20 years she has worked with TL, LTL, Ocean, Air and Rail customers shipping anything from dry to refrigerated freight. She has a large knowledge of the transportation industry and the importance of great customer services and understanding customer needs. She is very confident and takes a lot of pride in what she does and believes that is what has made her so successful today in the transportation industry. When Tammy is not working she loves to spend her time with her fiancé and two boys. Whether it be going for a Sunday drive or watching their favorite sports teams, spending time with her family is the most important thing to her.
Favorite Sports: Soccer – Go Timbers! And Football – Go Beavs!
Who inspires you: My parents, they are the hardest working people I know. They run two small businesses and watch my youngest son while I work.
Favorite Foods: A wedge salad (minus the blue cheese) and a baked potato with cottage cheese.
Something most people don’t know about you: I am actually really shy and I have an identical twin sister.
Pets: I have 2 Pugs, a Cat and a Turtle (we some how adopted from my niece, apparently Turtles don’t like college).
First Job: I used to work snack bars at local auctions when I was in middle school, that’s as close as I ever got to working in the food industry.
Worst Job: When I was in high school I worked at Cromwell’s Formal Wear, I hated to measure the men and I couldn’t iron if my life depended on it.
Things I enjoy outside of work: Hanging out with my friends and spending time with my family. I love watching my oldest son play year round soccer and my youngest just starting playing sports this year, Baseball, Flag Football and Basketball.
